ΝΕΑ ΔΙΩΡΟΦΗ ΜΟΝΟΚΑΤΟΙΚΙΑ ΜΕ ΧΩΡΟ ΣΤΑΘΜΕΥΣΗΣ ΣΤΑ ΠΕΥΚΑ (ΡΕΤΖΙΚΙ) ΣΤΗ ΘΕΣΣΑΛΟΝΙΚΗ
Η διώροφη μονοκατοικία πρόκειται να ανεγερθεί στα Πεύκα, στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
Παρουσιάζει έναν σύγχρονο σχεδιασμό, ο οποίος συνδυάζει λειτουργικότητα και αισθητική. Διακρίνεται για την αρμονική σύνθεση των όγκων και την ισχυρή αντίθεση των υλικών. Η χρήση του λευκού και των γήινων αποχρώσεων καθώς και η επένδυση με τούβλο στην πρόσοψη δημιουργούν μια ζεστή αίσθηση και ενισχύουν τη σύγχρονη ταυτότητα του σχεδιασμού.
Στο ισόγειο, ο χώρος της βιβλιοθήκης - γραφείου δημιουργεί μια πολυγωνική προεξοχή η οποία διαθέτει γυάλινη οροφή. Στον όροφο, το γωνιακό έρκερ ενισχύει την αρχιτεκτονική σύνθεση και δίνει έμφαση στην κίνηση και στη δυναμική της πρόσοψης.

NEW BUILD OF A TWO STORY DETACHED HOUSE WITH PARKING SPACE IN PEFKA (RETZIKI) IN THESSALONIKI
The two-story detached house is to be built in Pefka, Thessaloniki.
It presents a modern design, which combines functionality and aesthetics. It is distinguished by the harmonious composition of the volumes and the strong contrast of the materials. The use of white and earthy shades as well as the brick cladding on the facade create a warm feeling and enhance the modern identity of the design.
On the ground floor, the library-office space creates a polygonal protrusion that has a glass roof. On the first floor, the corner bay window enhances the architectural composition and emphasizes the movement and dynamics of the facade.
